AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Pyramid Gemstones, doing business also as @pyra-gems (Venmo, PayPal) (Pyramid Gemstones “we,” “us,” “our”), a company, sole proprietorship registered in Nevada, United States.

We operate the website: http://www.pyramidgemstones.com, as well as a linked Amazon online storefront : https://www.amazon.com/shops/pyramidgemstones that refer to these legal terms collectively.

MISSION STATEMENT:

Connecting you to Northern Nevada historical antiques, vintage photography, collectible coins, and gemstones.

PRODUCTS

We make every effort to photograph images and display items as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on our website. DISCLAIMER:  Because of the “rare” historical nature of our products, we list all items “AS IS” or “AS AVAILABLE”. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, textures, features, specifications and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free from errors, and your electronic device display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and textures of the products.  All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be available and in stock at the time of order.  We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time without notice or reason.  Prices for all products are subject to change.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase account information for all purchases made via the website. You further also agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.  Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by Nevada and United States regulations.  All payments shall be made in US $ dollars.

You agree to pay all shipping charges at the time of purchase.  We reserve the right to correct any errors or refuse an order, limit or cancel, quantities per person purchased, restrict or prohibit orders for non-sufficient funds and will not accept multiple payment methods for one order.

RETURN POLICY

All Sales are final and no refunds will be issued.  However, product exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis as will shipping return fees.
